Tunetank
Tunetank is a royalty-free music and SFX library (50,000+ tracks) with a free tier and low-cost Pro and Max plans. Every track is registered in YouTube Content ID, and paid plans whitelist your channel so claims clear automatically. The help center allows live streams in general, but Twitch and Kick aren't named.
TL;DR
Budget YouTube creators who want a cheap plan with automatic claim whitelisting and a free tier to test with. Where you can use it: Twitch unconfirmed, YouTube safe with steps, TikTok safe, Instagram safe with steps, Kick safe. No credit needed.

Which plan you need
Free gives 3 downloads a month, a personal license and manual claim removal. Pro is $84/year ($7/mo), or $12 month-to-month, with unlimited downloads and 3 whitelisted YouTube channels. Max is $180/year ($15/mo), or $29 month-to-month, and is needed for sponsored, brand or client content. It adds WAV, stems and 10 whitelisted channels.
Can you monetize?
Yes. The help center says you can monetize on YouTube, social media and livestreams. Sponsored videos, brand channels and client work need the Max plan or a commercial single-track license.
Content ID, claims, and VOD mutes
Yes. Tunetank registers all its music in YouTube's Content ID 'to prevent any unauthorized claims by others', so un-whitelisted videos get claimed. Fix: whitelist your channel (paid plans) or submit the video link to the claim cleaner. Tunetank says you get the money back if you clear the claim within a month. After your subscription ends, videos released while you were whitelisted stay claim-free, but newer ones may be claimed.
Not sure how claims, strikes, and mutes differ? Read our DMCA guide.
Watch out for
- Every track is in Content ID, so you will get YouTube claims unless you whitelist or clear them.
- Sponsored or brand content needs the pricier Max plan.
- Free plan: only 3 downloads a month, and claims must be cleared by hand.
- After cancelling, you can't use old downloads in new projects.
- No remixing, and no TV/radio broadcast, ads (without Max), games or CDs.
- Help pages contradict each other on Pro's channel limit (3 vs 10), and the Terms of Use date from 2021.
- Tunetank doesn't say whether any tracks are AI-made. The site does sell AI tools.
