HookSounds
HookSounds is a subscription library of music, sound effects and intros, all made by in-house composers with no AI. Paid plans include livestreaming and VoD use plus channel whitelisting to stop YouTube Content ID claims. A small free selection exists for non-monetized projects only.

Business $59.99/mo or $39.99/mo yearly: 5 channels. All plans list 'Livestreaming & VoD'. Free tracks are non-commercial only, so they're no good for a monetized stream.
Can you monetize?
Yes on paid plans (Creator covers monetized social and online video). Free tracks can't be used in monetized content at all.
Content ID, claims, and VOD mutes
Yes. HookSounds' in-house music is in YouTube Content ID. Paid users whitelist their channel to stop claims. Claims from before whitelisting are cleared by emailing support@hooksounds.com or using the site chat. Non-monetized free users who get a claim don't need to do anything.
Not sure how claims, strikes, and mutes differ? Read our DMCA guide.
Watch out for
- The free tracks are non-commercial only, so you can't use them on a monetized stream or channel
- Whitelisted channels are removed when your subscription ends, and you can't use tracks in new content after cancelling
- Creator plan allows only 1 channel per platform
- The help docs never mention Twitch whitelisting or Audible Magic
- Terms say no refunds, but the pricing FAQ says refunds within 15 days if you downloaded nothing
- 'AI Studio' only picks songs for you; the music itself is human-made ('Human-made, No AI')
